Things I hate: the teaching profession (shameless plagiarism from Trent), people who say "I don't know anything about computers" and then laugh like it's original or something, Macintrashes, Windoze, Bill Gates, people who think that anyone who wants to change society is a stupid idealistic dreamer and they should just get a 9-to-5 job and let other people make the decisions, anti-youth laws, "new paradigms" of any stripe or color, living at a boarding school without being a student, &c.

Things I like: computers, linux, C, programming, Pitcairn Island, the sea, poetry, E.A. Poe, Melville, micronations, constructed languages, people who don't consider it a mortal sin worthy of eternal damnation not to go to college, using "&c." instead of "etc."
